Owner & Founder - Generation Meaning is a leadership development consulting firm I am working to launch. After presenting my research on Millennial leadership development I felt passionate to continue this journey. Generation Meaning aims to educate individuals, small groups and companies through the implementation of best practices in Millennial leadership development to assist in bridging the generational gap.
Assistant Manager - Prepared inventory for a store front launch of an athleisure apparel store. Served clients by understanding their needs and matching them with products in our store. Manager duties such as logging new inventory, promoting the business and organizing clothes racks in a visually appealing manner.
Front Desk, Childcare - Front desk duties in a fast-paced start-up boutique fitness studio. Duties include client check-ins, booking reservations, handling the transition between classes, maintaining training floor equipment and managing retail area. Managed the childcare service within the fitness studio.
