This spring in my Research & Policy course I took on a research project on reverse mentoring. I researched, wrote a 25 page paper and presented on the topic in class and I will be presenting at a HPU research conference on April, 10 2018.

     In Spring 2017, I was tasked with developing a leadership development model based on Rainey and Kolb's (2014) RSVP model. I choose to focus my research on Millennials. The slide below is of my poster presentation which I was able to present at High-PURCS, an High Point University research conference.
